i removed all third party protection ,no effect i suspect a virus called spur 1 and idioms i have run lots It gets to 30% then iit says it cannot do it, no effect in safe mode it just stays on for 2 days and as no effect, a system restart does nothing. I cannot get windows defender to come on i cannot do a full scan or quick on it just says turn on controlled folder access or edit protection which when i try to click it on it will not let me.
