when reaching war room's higher platform, then buy the debris leading downstairs in the big room when you are about to get overwhelmed. spend two more rounds here and then use elevator.
open the door leading to speed cola room, then buy mpl on the wall. In first 3 rounds, shoot a few bullets with pistols and finish them off with knife.
