While your faction owns Arathi Highlands, an NPC in your home base will offer you a bunch of quests to kill enemies in each area of Arathi Highlands. There are many other rares in Arathi Highlands, and we just wanted to highlight a few of them. There are 4 Rare Elite Elemental Goliaths across all of Arathi Highlands: Burning Goliath, Rumbling Goliath, Thundering Goliath and Cresting Goliath These NPCs drop a faction specific mount - either Broken Highland Mustang or Highland Mustang. Knight-Captain Aldrin can be found in Dabyrie's Farmstead while Doomrider Helgrim can be found in Go'shek Farm. Knight-Captain Aldrin / Doomrider Helgrim For Horde, you'll head East of Stromgarde Keep. For Alliance, you'll head east of Ar'gorok.
This rare can be found in the opposing faction's mines.
Witherbark Direwing has a low chance to drop from Nimar the Slayer Skullripper has a low chance to drop from Skullripper. This rare can be found east of Dabyrie's Farmstead. Swift Albino Raptor has a low chance to drop from Beastrider Kama. This rare can be found on the far east of Arathi Highlands. These rares will drop Artifact Power and some will even drop Mounts, Toys or Pets! Some are easy and can be soloed, while others will need a group to take down. There are over 15 rares in the updated Arathi Highlands.
